Researchers at Loughborough University in the UK found that the longer girls use their brains more during the day, the more need to rest during sleep because their brain is more complex than men’s and require several hours more of sleep.

In conclusion, 20 minutes more sleep than the normal number of hours sleep can be a ideal factor for a woman.
